We are thrilled to announce our very first cast member!!! Austin Collazo will be joining us as Captain Marcus DeVol.
Here is what he has to say about joining us for Into The Void:
"Most of my life has seemingly been composed of two parts. One consists of my “normal, everyday” type of life and the pursuits along with it (beautiful as they can be), while the other consists of an invigorating and creative hustle. Right now, for me, this energizing, fresh pursuit is acting. I have loved getting to exist in worlds that we all get to make up, as it partially allows me to be someone I’ve always wanted to be, and to express myself in ways that I sometimes find difficult to in normal life. I suppose it’s where my strengths and weaknesses come together to make something called art.
"I am both excited and honored to be a part of “Into The Void” for a number of reasons. One, from the get-go, Michael and Laura Gates have been over-the-top vision casters. It was obvious to me that they wanted to make something special and something GOOD, and their professionalism have made me think they are on track to making both! Not to mention, while the character I’m playing is the captain of the ship, he lives in a relatable struggle, and I’m excited to tap into this. I imagine that working with such a big cast, this is gonna be a hell of a good time!"
